AGM
Our AGM for the year 2023 will be held on Wed 24 April 2024 at Toothill
(7:00pm for coffee, 7:30pm for worship, 7:45pm for the agenda)
The draft Agenda will evolve, but here is where you'll find it.
We will review progress towards our 2023 goals, report on our achievements and set out our plans for the rest of 2024.

Annual Report 2023
The partnership central account and the draft consolidated accounts for the entire partnership now available for review.
A Partnership Annual Report for 2023 will be reviewed and agreed.
Much of the Partnership’s work is in our local communities. The Annual Report of the Partnership should be read in conjunction with those from our local churches:
Plans for 2024
The latest draft budget for 2024 is here
Partnership Council proposes the following areas of focus for 2024:
- Encourage one another to keep building the Kingdom of God in difficult times
- Define a future for the shared work of the partnership (Open the Book, Messy Church etc)
- Implement plans to transition Toothill Church to the Methodist Circuit
- Implement plans to transition St Mary’s and Holy Trinity churches to the CofE parish
- Define and implement plans to transition Westlea church to a merger, or assist the members to future spiritual homes and ensure the continuation of Christian ministry for Westlea and Eastleaze.
- Assist denominations in cancelling sharing agreements for the buildings at Toothill and HTS
