Health and Safety Policy.
Our statement of general policy is:
- to provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our activities;
- to consult with our employees, members volunteers and visitors, on matters affecting their health and safety;
- to provide and maintain safe plant and equipment; to ensure safe handling and use of substances; to provide information, instruction and supervision for employees and volunteers;
- to ensure all employees and volunteers are competent to do their tasks, and to give them adequate training;
- to prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health;
- to maintain safe and healthy working and meeting conditions; and
- to review and revise this policy as necessary at regular intervals.
Each local church within the Partnership will maintain a Health and Safety policy appropriate to their individual activities and buildings.

This policy was approved by the Partnership Council in July 2008 and last endorsed by the Partnership AGM on 26 March 2011
