West Swindon and the Lydiards have invited John Hardwick, Children and All Age worker to be with us over the last weekend in November.

The events on Saturday are open to anyone and we would ask you to consider particularly whether your team of young people’s workers would benefit from this event. He deals primarily with children aged 5-11.

On Saturday morning 29th November from 9.30-12.30 there will be a session on ‘Creative Communications’. This is essentially an ideas/ training session for any involved in children’s or all age meetings. He is a very dynamic and innovative person and we look forward to having his input. Further details are on the attached poster. Places do need to be booked at a cost of £5 a head.

In the afternoon he is in action again with a praise party for the children from 3.30 till 5pm. This is a free event aimed at children aged 5-11, who must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Again – further details on the flyers and posters attached. I have seen John in action at Spring Harvest and one year chose his sessions over adult ones, even though our children had long since flown the nest! He is great fun, but brings through that a very thought provoking message using  song, puppets, and many other interactive skills.

If you want to see more of the kind of work that John is doing then visit his website

There you can also check out his most popular song – ‘For God so loved the World’

We look forward to hearing from you
